| What clinical exposure did you have? | Most of my clinical exposure, besides my 30 hours of shadowing, came through having a parent who was/is a physician. | Describe your pre-med schedule, typical day and week | Umm...it was pretty normal. As a BTS major I only took the required pre-med classes so for the most part I only had one lab a week. | How did you choose your med school? | MCW was the school that made me feel like they actually were interested in me beyond being an applicant and actually wanted me to come here. | Any open-ended advice? | Always have a backup plan...I had one and knowing that there something else I could do that I would find fulfilling if I were not accepted really took a lot of pressure off during the whole process.
I thought all the practice exams were a heck of a lot harder than the MCAT.
Apply to MCW! It's a great place!
